Our Facility
Our facility has several uses. We lease space to ongoing non-profit tenants as well as have space available for day uses. These include: large classrooms that work for tutoring or business seminars as well as 2 different size multipurpose rooms. We also have space available in our beautiful Art Studio. Our kitchen is large enough to have hands on cooking classes and our auditorium has a large stage for performances. Public and private events are welcome.

Community Kitchen
Our Community Kitchen is certified through the County of Ventura. This large cafeteria style kitchen has been upgraded to include several stainless steel prep tables, multiple stoves, fryers, large freezer and refrigerator space and a 20 foot stainless serving counter. For example, a culinary cooking class instructor can efficiently demonstrate for up to 15 students. The attached multipurpose space can seat over 200 guests. The kitchen is available for one-time event rentals, fundraisers, private parties, cooking classes, catering or if your kitchen isn't big enough, it is ideal for canning or prep for your own parties.

This space can be rented hourly, daily or ongoing bases.

The Multipurpose Room I (Auditorium)
Multi-purpose Room I is a 3000 square foot space which is an upgraded auditorium that includes an 800 square foot stage with hardwood flooring. This room is ideal for large groups for seminars, fundraising, music or theater classes. This is great performance space and can seat over 200 people.

Multi-purpose Room I is adjacent to the Culinary Kitchen so that guests can utilize both rooms. This room has had numerouse uses such as Exercise classes, CERT trainings for 80 volunteers, US Dept of Forestry, corporate seminars, community fundraising events, Ventura Fire Dept trainings, private and public parties.

Multi-purpose Room I is available by the hour, daily, weekly or for ongoing classes.

Multipurpose Room II
Multi-purpose Room II is an 800 square foot space suitable for seminars, discussion groups, and classroom style events. Suitable for up to 30 people.

Community Park
OVPARC is a community park with many uses which include sports fields designed primarily for youth activities. The green space, lawns, playground equipment are designed for our community to enjoy. Ideal for picnics under the trees. The playing fields are on component of our extensive landscaped green space.

Sports fields are only one component of this space. While they are designed primarily for youth, they can be reserved and scheduled through the OVPARC office. Cleats can be worn by permit only. Adult use of Sports Fields and type of play may be restricted. We also have several playgrounds and a basketball court. This space is large enough to accomodate several types of play at one time and has been used for many local events such as Oak View Day, Boy Scout Jamborees, and numerous fundraiser.

Use of playing fields for Athletic activities can be scheduled by permit only through the OVPARC office at (805) 649-1605.
